It's tax day, and post offices across the state will have extra staff on hand for extended hours to accomodate those who've waited till the deadline to file their returns. Shreveport Postmaster Lavelle Pepper says there's no doubt they'll be busy on what's become known by many as "Procrastinators' Day". Pepper says while he won't presume to give anyone tax advice, he does have a tip for mailing that tax return.
