Michigan Congressmen from both sides of the aisle took part in a debate Monday on energy issues. Republican Representative Fred Upton and Democratic Congressman Bart Stupak were among a bipartisan group of lawmakers who talked about high gas prices and ending U.S. dependence on foreign oil during the event at Tulane University. This was the third part of the "Congress Debates" series, intended to increase the dialogue on pressing issues.
