Dow Chemical Closing Three Louisiana Operations

Dow Chemical says it's closing three of its Louisiana production
units as a cost-cutting measure. And Dow Chemical has announced it's shutting down
three ethylene production units in Louisiana. Two of the units are at Hahnville near
New Orleans: the 3rd is in Plaquemine. Officials say most of the
employees affected will be placed in other jobs within the company.
