Trial Date Set In Prayer Case

A judge has set a November 23rd trial date for a lawsuit challenging
a Louisiana school board's policy of opening its meetings with a
prayer. U.S. District Judge Martin Feldman is slated to hear the
case against the Tangipahoa Parish School Board without a jury.
