Police Investigate Slaying Of Woman

(Baton Rouge, LA) -- Baton Rouge police are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found Monday behind a wooden shed at a residence. Authorities say 26-year-old Temeka Watts had been shot multiple times. A woman who lives at the home was getting ready to leave for work Monday morning when she noticed blood spattered along her white car. The trail led to the location of Watts' body. Police have not identified suspects in the murder. |
