Thirteen Oil Rig Workers Survive Explosion
 An oil platform exploded and burned off the Louisiana coast Thursday, the second such disaster in the Gulf of Mexico in less than five months.

In the Lake Charles area, all lanes of I-10 and I-210 will remain open to traffic.
In Allen Parish, La. 112 will remain closed at 0.2 miles west of La. 377 for replacement of the Perkins Branch Bridge. Traffic is being detoured via La. 113 or La. 377.
In the Alexandria area, all lanes of I-49 will remain open to traffic.
