David Vitter today sent a letter sharply criticizing the Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research for the FDA’s failure to respond to Vitter’s repeated inquiries regarding the agency’s pending decision to take the drug Avastin “off-label” for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer.

 Average Price Of Regular In Louisiana Still Falling

(Baton Rouge, LA)  --  Here's something motorists have to be thankful for with Thanksgiving just days away.  Gas prices continue to fall here in Louisiana and nationwide.  The average price of regular in the Pelican State fell to a dollar-89 today, down two-cents from Sunday's average.  Just a month ago, regular was averaging two-75 statewide.  Triple-A says regular is averaging a dollar-94 in Baton Rouge, a buck-98 in Lafayette and a dollar-79 in New Orleans.
