Baton Rouge man indicted after DNA evidence linked him to a rape

A Baton Rouge man is indicted by a grand jury after investigators linked him through DNA evidence to a rape that occurred seven years ago. Authorities say the 23-year-old man faces a count of aggravated rape. Skipper was 16 at the time the alleged rape took place. |
