- Opelousas police have arrested three students at the T.H. Harris campus of Louisiana Technical College after shots were fired there Tuesday. Police Captain Martin Mclendon says 24-year-old Brian Keys, 21-year-old Quentin Domino and 18-year-old Matthew Laday face charges following the incident. McLendon says Domino started the fight with Laday that led to the shots being fired. Police accuse Laday of having a .25-caliber semiautomatic handgun. Domino is charged with disturbing the peace by fighting, and Keys is accused of trying to hide the gun from police. No one was injured.
