Triple-A reports the average price of regular has dropped to three-58 a gallon in Louisiana, down a penny from yesterday.  But, there are expectations fuel prices might move higher for the Labor Day weekend.  Add to that fears that Tropical Storm Gustav could reemerge in the Gulf of Mexico as a major hurricane and threaten oil and natural gas production rigs.  That possibility has already fostered a rise in crude oil prices.
