The full House has approved a bill requiring health insurers cover diagnosis and treatment of autism. Baton Rouge representative Franklin Foil says a recent Harvard study showed it can cost over 3 million dollars to care for an autistic person over his or her lifetime. The bill now heads to the Senate.
