There is a mandatory evacuation for a one mile radius after a train derailment.  There are two cars that derailed that contain Hydrochloric Acid and the third car on its side has ethaline oxide and nitrogen aboard.

Louisiana State Police says a one mile radius around the derailment is considered a mandatory evacuation.
