Union Workers Pushing For Employee Free Choice Act

First Responder Union Members from New Iberia push for the Employee Free Choice Act. Earlier today Ken Bruner, president of Air Logistics Pilots Union and Vietnam Veteran says after he joined his union his salary doubled.Dave Eckstein of the AFL-CIO says major corporations are against the act and investing money to give people the wrong idea about unions. He says the new act will give workers the right to bargin for better wages. Roy Guidry of the Carpenters Union feels positive about the Employee Free Choice Act.
Representative Charles Boustany strongly opposes the EPCA. He says the act will take away the secret ballot for American workers and protection for workers who want to unionize. The measure will go up for debate at the White House.
