FEMA Sets Aside Hurricane Recovery Cash

FEMA says it's set aside 4.2-billion dollars for permanent
infrastructure work in Louisiana following hurricanes Katrina and
Rita. The agency says 1.6-billion dollars of that money has made
its way to the state and local level. |
