Governor Jindal has signed a bill that will require all passengers
in cars and trucks to wear their seat belts--including those in the
back seat. Louisiana State Police lobbied in support of the
legislation. Lieutenant Doug Cain says too many backseat passengers
die because they aren't buckled in.
