Governor Bobby Jindal stopped in Lafayette yesterday talking to a crowd at Lafayette's restaurant touting the outcome of the Ethics Reform special session.He says state lawmakers have taken the first big step to end corruption.The governor highlighted three bills - one forces elected and appointed officials in state and local government to disclose finances...which is sparking national attention. Louisiana has ranked 44th worst in the country when it comes to disclosing finances.
