Leave it to the Legislature to come up with bills that add a sense of  urgency and importance to every legislative session.  State Representative Mickey Guillory of Eunice is pushing a resolution that calls for all future construction in the state to include partitions between urinals in men's restrooms.  Guillory says it's a privacy issue, as well as a child safety issue.  The resolution has gotten the blessing of the House, and is on its way to the Senate.
