Two Eunice City Council members sue mayor for defamation
|

|
Two Eunice City Council members are going to court, suing the mayor for defamation. They claim Mayor Bob Morris went on local radio and called them--quote "an unholy surrealist obstructionist team."
Morris's defense? Free speech under the First Amendment. A court hearing is set for December 5th.
