Suspects In Multiple Burglaries Identified

|
(New Iberia, LA) -- The Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office says DNA evidence has led investigators to identify a suspect in multiple residential burglaries in New Iberia. Authorities say jewelry recovered by investigators has linked Rodney J. Grant has to burglaries that took place in July, August and September. Grant was arrested in September in connection with a burglary that occurred at a residence on Colgin Street, and is currently held in the Iberia Parish Correctional Center. Officials say 24 other burglaries being investigated may have been committed by Grant. |
