 Drug Dealer Shot During Setup

A drug setup landed a 19-year-old Lafayette man in the hospital - he was shot in the back. Police arrested two other 19-year-olds for framing the victim - called him to deliver drugs to their house on Stevenson Street. Two other men were involved - who are still at large. The accused drug dealer arrived, walked inside where he met Ross Ball And Terrance Pope then the setup began. The other two men broke into the home intending to steal the drugs. The dealer - who's not identified - refused and was shot. Ball and Pope are in jail. An arrest warrant is out for James Hebert of Abbeville. The only information police have on the fourth suspect is that he's short, black heavy set and in his early 20s. If you have information that could help police, call 232-TIPS.
