Gas Prices Keep Heading Up
|

|
Gas prices continue to hit new record highs in Louisiana and elsewhere. Triple-A reports the statewide average price of regular hit an all-time high today of three-dollars-30-cents a gallon, while diesel is two-tenths of a cent shy of an even four-bucks a gallon, also a record high in Louisiana. All of the state's major metro areas are reporting new record highs for regular, three-30 in both Lafayette and New Orleans and three-27 in Baton Rouge. Nationwide, regular is averaging right at three-40 a gallon and diesel a tick below four-13 a gallon.
