|
A Baton Rouge store owner has been sentenced to three years in federal prison for bilking the government out of almost two million dollars over a period of 30-months. Fifty-year-old Bihn K. Lu, owner and manager of Luu's Seafood and Deli on North Foster Drive, was also ordered to pay one-point-eight-million-dollars in restitution.
