 Session Starts Second Week

Today marks the start of the second week of Louisiana's special legislative session on ethics.  Governor Bobby Jindal called lawmakers to the capitol to pass a variety of laws to cleanup the state's corrupt image.  The top two bill have made it half-way through the process.  The House has given overwhelming approval to a measure to require all elected and appointed officials disclose all income sources.  It goes to the Senate next.  Meanwhile, the Senate has sent a bill to the House that would ban all lawmakers and their spouses from holding any state contracts.
